Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The text is extracted inside your browser and only that text goes to the AI to be summarized. We store neither the file nor the summary; the AI provider deletes the text it receives and its response within a maximum of 30 days.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
No. It needs a PDF with selectable text. If your PDF is a photo or a scan, it has no text to read.
How long can the PDF be?
For very long documents the first part is summarized, about 10,000 words, and the tool tells you when that happens.
