We never store your files

MULTIAPPS does not store the files or texts you use in its tools. Most tools run entirely inside your browser: the file never leaves your computer.

Tools that use artificial intelligence

Some tools use an external artificial intelligence provider: Anthropic (the Claude model). In those cases we send only what is needed to process your request at that moment (for example, the text extracted from a document), the provider returns the result. We do not keep it; according to Anthropic’s policy, what is sent and what comes back is deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

Our technical logs never contain the content of your files or texts: we only record data such as the tool used, the date, the credits consumed and whether the operation succeeded or failed.

Visit measurement without tracking cookies

We measure how many people visit the site and which pages are used most, without tracking cookies or advertising profiles. To count unique visitors we use an irreversible code calculated from your IP address, your browser and a key that changes every day; your full IP address is not stored.

User account

If you create an account we store your email address, an encrypted and irreversible version of your password, your plan and your credit balance. You can ask us to delete your account by writing to the contact address.

Advertising

Free tools show ads. While Google AdSense is not enabled, we only show our own MULTIAPPS banner. When Google advertising is enabled, this section will be updated to explain what data Google processes and how to manage your consent.
