How to merge PDFs without uploading your files

Combine documents privately, right in your browser.

Why it matters where your PDFs are merged

Many PDF-merging sites ask you to upload your files to their servers. If your documents contain personal data (contracts, invoices, ID documents, work reports), that means a copy travels over the internet and ends up in a third party’s hands.

At MULTIAPPS the merge happens inside your browser, on your computer or your phone. Your files are not sent to any server and we do not store anything.

How to merge PDFs step by step

  1. Open the Merge PDF tool.
  2. Drag your PDF files into the marked area, or press Select files.
  3. Put them in order by dragging each file to its place in the list.
  4. Press Merge PDF and download and save your new file.

Tips for a good result

  • Check the order before merging. The final PDF follows the list order exactly.
  • Give your files clear names before adding them to the list. It is easier to order “01-cover” and “02-contract” than “scan0023”.
  • If the result is too big to send by email, run it through Compress PDF.
  • If you need the opposite, splitting a PDF into parts, use Split PDF.

It works on your phone

The tool works on Android, on iPhone and on any computer with an up-to-date browser. There is nothing to install.

Limits and plans

You can merge files for free, with ads, up to 20 MB per file. With the Pro plan there is no size limit, you can process many files at once and you see no ads.

In short

Merging PDFs is a one-minute task that should not force you to hand your documents to anyone. If the process happens in your own browser, your files never leave your device.
